د کليو بيا رغونې او پراختيا وزارت د کليوالي اقتصاد پرمختيا پروګرام په ننګرهار ولايت کې په ۱۰۰۰ تنو غالۍ اوبدونکو د خونديتابه بستې وويشلې او تر څنګ يې د غالۍ اوبدونکو د دستګاوو د څار دنده د هغوي ۲۰ تنو استازو ته وسپارله. ويشل شوې بستې د غالۍ اوبدونکو د روغتيايي ستونزو د مخنيوي په موخه ويشل شوې دي، ځانګړې جامې، ماسکونه، کثافت دانۍ او ملاتړوني په دغو بستو کې شامل توکي دي. د يادولو ده چې تر اوسه دغو غالۍ اوبدونکو ۲۸۰۰ متره غالۍ اوبدلې چې د کليوالي اقتصاد په پرمختګ کې پام وړ رول لري.
