کار اعمار دو باب مکتب به ارزش ۷ میلیون افغانی و مساحت ۶۱۶ متر مربع، زیر چتر پروژه‌ی اقراء برنامۀ ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات، در روستای بابه یادگار ولسوالی نهرشاهی ولایت بلخ ۴۰ درصد پیش رفته است.
این مکاتب ۱۲ صنفی بوده، دارای ۵ تشناب و یک حلقه چاه آب آشامیدنی صحی به عمق ۶۰ متر می‌باشند که با تکمیل کار آن‌ها زمینه‌ی فراگیری آموزش برای ۹۵۰ دانش آموز فراهم می‌شود.
