د کلیو بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د څه باندې ۳ میلیونه او ۳۰۰ زره افغانیو په لګښت د اقراء پروژې تر سیوري لاندې د یوه لومړني ښوونځي د ود‌انۍ کار د بلخ ولایت په نهر شاهي ولسوالۍ کي پیل شو. یاد ښوونځی ۶ درسي خونې او ۳ تشنابونه لري، د دغه ښونځي کار ۵۵ سلنه پرمخ تللی چې تر جوړیدو وروسته به یې د ۲۰۰ کورنیو ماشومانو ته د ښوونې او روزونې زمینه برابره شي.
