Handing over of five water supply canals in Herat province

At a cost of AFNs 9.4 million, five water supply canals projects completed and handed over through the Citizen’s Charter National Priority Program of MRRD in Rubat mirza, Rubat paheen, Qalha e jamal,  Shukeaban marwee and Rubat Balla villages of Zinda jan district of Herat province .
The total length of the mentioned canals is 5286 meters and during their construction 9540 lobar days were created for technical and nontechnical workers.
It worth to be stated that by the mentioned projects, 3644 hectares of agricultural lands have been irrigated.
