Clean drinking water provided for 160 families in Nangarhar province

160 families have gotten access to safe drinking water with the construction of a water supply network worth 3 million AFN by the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Mazdaki village located in Achin district of Nangarhar province,.

The project includes drilling of a deep well, extending 2,244 km of pipeline network, building of a water reservoir with a capacity of 10 cubic meters, installing of 16 solar panels, 47 water taps and miter boxes.

It is worth mentioning that 1800 working days were created during the construction of the mentioned network.
